The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of location and amenities. Our room had a stunning view and was well-equipped. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We also appreciated the organized airport transfers and helpful assistance in planning our tours. Despite a minor inconvenience with the breakfast selection, the overall quality was good. The prompt response to a broken air conditioning unit showed excellent service. We also liked the personalized touch of having our luggage brought to and from the taxi. we highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

The location of the hotel couldn't be beat! Right in the heart of the city, with stunning views of the main square. It was so convenient to be able to step outside and immediately be surrounded by the vibrant energy of the city. Additionally, the staff service was absolutely superb. They went above and beyond to assist us with any requests or issues that arose during our stay. From helping us track down our lost luggage to making reservations and even arranging airport transportation, the staff really made our trip easier and more enjoyable.

There were a few things that could have been improved upon. the lighting in the rooms was quite dim.
